Return and Refund Policy

We accept the return of items up to 30 days from the item’s arrival to the customer. Some products are eligible for 365 days returns, as described on the eligible product’s page.

The shipping costs of the item back to our warehouses will be paid by the customer.

We will refund fully, undamaged products in their original packaging.

In case a customer is asking to cancel an order (before the product is shipped or after it’s delivered and shipped back to the warehouses), a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount of the order due to a cancellation fee of the credit clearing company.

Import TAX / Customs

Taxes may apply to imported goods/services and is regulated by the country law. Jessicka store aka Life Changing Products is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.
